Summary: An empty Industrial Unit which required power and lighting.

The Brief: A new industrial unit had been built on an existing industrial estate. This empty shell required power to be installed and lighting to be fitted.

The builders contracted us to bring in the power from an adjacent building via a SWA (Steel Wired Armoured) cable. The cable needed to be routed via underground ducting and clipped to the source building.

Once the main cable was in place we installed a fuse board which fed the power and lighting within the unit. Inside the building, the cabling required a 20mm galvanised conduit.

In terms of lighting we installed emergency lighting, LED strip lighting. We also installed an electric roller door.
