Summary: Complete refurbishment of a 5 bed house with full rewire including CCTV, audio, MVHR, data & alarm.

The Brief: The customer had purchased a house and wanted the property to be fully gutted, extended and refurbished. Their architect contacted us directly with a set of drawings and requested our services to consult on the design for the full rewiring of the house and to undertake the electrical and mechanical work required.

The entire project took 9 months to complete. First the plaster was taken off the walls and we were then able to install new cabling and duct work for the MVHR (energy efficient heat recovery system). Once the plastering had been done we were then able to install the electrical sockets, CCTV cameras, alarm system and the home audio system which featured speakers in the ceiling and wall mounted controls and amplifiers.

The customer moved in shortly after completion and we spent a couple of hours demonstrating the new systems. The customer was delighted with our efforts and the end result.
