Summary: A week of adventure with the BBC One DIY SOS team to help transform a family home in Worcestershire.

The Brief: We responded to an advertisement to support a project run by BBC One series 'DIY SOS: The Big Build'. We supplied three electricians who worked for five days on the project which transformed a family home so that a young teenager could return home after being hospitalised for over a year.

It was an honour to do the project and to be able to contribute free labour for a very worthwhile project. It was a privilege to work alongside the entertaining "Billy", the flamboyant Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, the friendly Nick Knowles and the rest of the dedicated team.

Our fellow tradesmen were a pleasure to work with and we have undertaken joint projects together since the Big Build.
