Summary: A New Build Estate in Halesowen with 30 houses all requiring full installations.

The Brief: A long term customer of 10 years commissioned us to carry out the electrical element of this large project. Thirty houses, ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, each required power, lighting, alarms and heating controls.

We worked effectively around plumbers and plasterers to ensure a timely delivery. Most plots had already been sold prior to the install and the homeowners were able to request additional items such as spotlights, additional sockets, cookers with higher specifications, data points and so on. These were seamlessly incorporated into each plot install.
