Summary: We provided power and lighting for Four Episodes of CBBC's Dengineers.

The Brief: We were commissioned to assist in several Dengineers programmes. This involved meeting the production team prior to each project, making a plan, meeting the parents in secret and taking part in a week of filming.

During filming we assisted the building team with construction and carried out relevant power, socket and lighting installations.

Memorable moments include;

  • the farm episode where we used feeding troughs to make feature lighting
  • the hocus pocus episode where we lit up the lettering on the floor using recessed lighting underneath coloured perspex
  • seeing the kids reactions to the reveal
